Part of a global chain, Barcelo residences offer hotel apartments that are impeccably managed! We found their daily cleaning service extremely helpful, as during our stay, we prepared breakfast in the apartment and we could come back to a spotless kitchen after a hectic day of sight seeing. There is a 24 hr concierge service and the property is 15 minutes away from metro stop. Rooms are super spacious. Conveniently located close to restaurants and premium grocery shops. After checking in, you receive a guest discount card that can be used at selected Dubai attractions, shops and restaurants. So make use of it!

Rose Rayhaan by Rotana(4 star hotel) - Dubai Downtown

We chose this property for its close proximity to Burj Khalifa. From the room we stayed at, we could watch the iconic New Year's eve Burj Khalifa fireworks, right from the comfort of your rooms. Room prices were reasonable considering the date, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Spacious rooms! This is where to stay in Dubai for New Year's eve without breaking the bank.

We chose this property for its close proximity to the airport of Geneva as our flight was late in the evening. Walkabale distance from airport makes it a great place to stay!
